本文分析了国内外能源工程建成的百余个组合三通岔管结构,设计了四种典型月牙肋型岔管。通过大量电算成果,论证了三端自由岔管的均布内压力系平衡结构为优化体型。电算成果包括:变形、应力分布、应力集中系数和范围、不同泊松比的影响;且与光弹性试验结果一致。同时论证了钢模型电测法会使问题更加复杂化,且钢模型与原型是不相似的。
This paper analyzes the structure of the three-way bifurcated pipe with over one hundred integrated energy projects built at home and abroad, and designs four typical crescent-shaped bifurcated bifurcated pipes. Through a large number of computerized results, it is demonstrated that the equilibrium structure of the uniform pressure inside the three-terminal free bifurcation pipe is optimized. Computation results include: deformation, stress distribution, stress concentration factor and range, the impact of different Poisson’s ratio; and consistent with the photoelastic test results. At the same time, it is demonstrated that the steel model electric measurement method will make the problem more complicated, and the steel model and the prototype are not similar.
