选择2015年9月至2016年9月T_2DN患者40例为观察组,健康人群20例为对照组。根据HbA_(1c)水平将观察组分为高值组(12例,HbA_(1c)>10.0%)、中值组(19例,7.0%≤HbA_(1c)≤10.0%)及低值组(8例,HbA_(1c)<7.0%)。结果观察组HbA_(1c)和u-ALB水平较对照组明显提高,(P<0.05);随着HbA_(1c)水平提高,u-ALB水平上升。结论 HbA_(1c)联合u-ALB水平检测可于早期诊断出2型糖尿病肾病。
From September 2015 to September 2016, 40 patients with T_2DN were selected as the observation group and 20 healthy people as the control group. According to the level of HbA 1c, the observation group was divided into high value group (12 cases, HbA 1c> 10.0%), middle group (19 cases, 7.0% ≤HbA 1c≤10.0%) and low value group 8 cases, HbA_ (1c) <7.0%). Results The levels of HbA 1c and u-ALB in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The level of u-ALB increased with the increase of HbA 1c level. Conclusion The detection of HbA 1c combined with u-ALB can diagnose type 2 diabetic nephropathy early.
