利用新生牛小肠粘膜细胞为抗原,免疫纯系 Balb/C 鼠。获得鼠抗牛小肠粘膜细胞血清。用提纯的抗 BRV-IgG,建立 ELISA 方法,用以检测以上抗血清。结果表明,抗血清中含有抗 BRV 受体抗体,这种抗体可以在体外模拟 BRV 和兔抗 BRV-IgC 发生特异性结合。该方法可用于抗 BRV 受体单克隆抗体的筛选。
Balb / C mice were immunized with neonatal mouse intestinal mucosal cells as antigen. Obtain mouse anti-bovine intestinal mucosal cell serum. Using purified anti-BRV-IgG, an ELISA method was set up to detect the above antiserum. The results showed that the antiserum contained an anti-BRV receptor antibody that specifically mimics the binding of BRV and rabbit anti-BRV-IgC in vitro. This method can be used to screen anti-BRV receptor monoclonal antibodies.
