跨团队成员作为科层组织外衍生的纵向混合组织,在新产品开发、降低成本及提高组织运营效率等方面,均发挥着积极作用。跨团队成员数量和团队多样性,对团队和个人的生产力和学习力有着不可忽略的影响。因此,企业应该平衡跨团队成员的数量和团队多样性,提高人力资源的周转率和利用率,促进知识共享,从而提高团队和个人的生产力和学习力。为管理跨团队成员提供了全新的思路。
Cross-team members, as a vertical hybrid organization derived from bureaux and organizations, play an active role in developing new products, reducing costs and improving the operational efficiency of the organization. Cross-team membership and team diversity have a non-negligible impact on the productivity and learning power of teams and individuals.
