湖北省大悟县是集老区、山区、库区于一体的国家级贫困县。为推进精准扶贫,大悟县提出了产业扶起来、教育扶起来、生活保起来、医疗保起来、住房保起来的“两扶三保”目标。全县精确识别的贫困人口中因病致贫的占一半,因此,把“医疗保起来”是推进精准扶贫的重要手段和目标。为此,大悟县人民医院组织开展了精准扶贫健康体检工作,为精准识别贫困户送检下乡进村,及早发现疾病进行治疗,防止因病加深贫困。
Dawu County, Hubei Province, is a national-level poverty-stricken county integrating old districts, mountainous areas and reservoir areas. In order to promote accurate poverty alleviation, Dawu County put forward the goal of supporting industries, raising education, safeguarding life, health insurance and housing protection. The poverty-stricken population of precisely identified in the county accounts for 50% of the total number of people who suffer from poverty. Therefore, “guaranteeing medical care” is an important means and objective of promoting accurate poverty alleviation. To this end, Dawu County People’s Hospital organized a precise health examination for poverty alleviation, in order to accurately identify the poor households sent to the countryside into the village, early detection of the disease for treatment to prevent poverty deepening due to illness.
