目的观察CIK(cytokine induced killer)细胞对S180和H-22荷瘤鼠的抑制肿瘤作用。方法建立S180和H-22荷瘤鼠动物模型,静脉输入CIK细胞做抗肿瘤治疗,同时设LAK对照,用同位素法检测经治疗后荷瘤鼠T细胞增殖及NK细胞毒活性。结果 CIK细胞对S180和H-22荷瘤鼠的抗肿瘤作用显著强于LAK细胞。结论 CIK细胞对S180和H-22荷瘤鼠有明显的抗肿瘤作用,并且优于LAK细胞。
Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of CIK (cytokine induced killer) cells on S180 and H-22 tumor-bearing mice. Methods Animal models of S180 and H-22 tumor-bearing mice were established. CIK cells were infused intravenously for anti-tumor therapy. At the same time, LAK control was set. T-cell proliferation and NK cytotoxicity of tumor-bearing mice were detected by isotope method. Results The antitumor effect of CIK cells on S180 and H-22 tumor-bearing mice was significantly stronger than that of LAK cells. Conclusion CIK cells have obvious anti-tumor effects on S180 and H-22 tumor-bearing mice and are superior to LAK cells.
