1.序言随着齿轮转数的高速化、重负荷化,为了达到减少振动,降低噪音之目的,保持齿面精度,防止齿面损伤是十分必要的。现在,从磨擦论的观点来研究各种齿面损伤,重新认识防止各种齿面损伤的措施是很重要的。2.齿轮齿面损伤的形式最近,把按着齿轮损坏的形式和其特征来分类的西德工业标准[DIN]和美国齿轮工业协会标准案[AGMA]、作为新的提案。在西德工业标准里,齿面损伤分为:
