作为特发性呼吸窘迫综合征(IRDS)的死因,颅内出血是多见的。本文就患IRDS 又死于颅内出血的极小未熟儿伴有高血糖,与初期维持输液的关系探讨如下。一、对象:以32例IRDS 为对象。血糖150mg/d1以上为高血糖。高血糖组16例,非高血糖16例为对照组。二、结果:高血糖组平均出生体重1,170±344g,对照组为1,912±433g,两组差显著。高血糖组多见于适于胎龄的极小未熟儿(P<0.001)。高血糖组胎龄为28±3周,对照组为33±3周,两组差显著(P<0.001)。胎龄28周左
As the cause of death in idiopathic respiratory distress syndrome (IRDS), intracranial hemorrhage is common.
