听神经瘤是一种临床上常见的良性肿瘤,随着显微外科的飞速发展,听神经瘤的治愈率已逐年提高。本文对我院2007-2012年28例听神经瘤患者的临床资料、临床特点及手术体会报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组病例28例,为我院2007-2012年手术患者,其中男12例,女16例,年龄19～63岁,平均41.3岁。病程3.5个月至4年,平均2.8年。听神经瘤位置:左侧10例,右侧18例。临床症状:耳鸣、听力下降12例,听力完全丧
Acoustic neuroma is a common clinical benign tumor, with the rapid development of microsurgery, the cure rate of acoustic neuroma has been increased year by year. This article from 2007 to 2012 in our hospital 28 cases of patients with acoustic neuroma clinical data, clinical features and surgical experience report as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 28 cases of this group of patients for our hospital from 2007 to 2012 surgery patients, including 12 males and 16 females, aged 19 to 63 years, mean 41.3 years.
