探讨优质护理对鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行鼻内窥镜手术后并发症发生率及满意度的影响。收集我院2015年1月~2016年1月行鼻内窥镜手术治疗的82例鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的病历资料,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组41例,行常规护理干预,观察组41例,行优质护理干预,统计两组并发症发生情况,并比较两组护理满意度。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。对行鼻内窥镜手术治疗的鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者实施优质护理干预措施能明显降低术后并发症发生,同时可提高护理质量。
To investigate the effect of quality nursing on incidence and satisfaction of postoperative complication in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery. The data of 82 cases of sinusitis and nasal polyps treated by endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method and 41 cases in the control group underwent routine nursing intervention , Observation group of 41 cases, the line of quality nursing intervention, statistics of the incidence of complications in both groups, and compared the two groups of nursing satisfaction. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The implementation of quality nursing interventions for sinusitis and nasal polyps in patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of nursing.
