对比不同掺量的路得金改性沥青的软化点性能指标,确定路得金改性剂的最佳掺量。在最佳掺量下,分别测试了改性沥青和AC-20沥青混合料的路用性能。试验结果表明,参加了路得金抗车辙改性剂后,改性沥青的针入度变小、软化点变大、老化后的改性沥青针入度比下降;其改性沥青混合料的高温性能得到了明显的提高、水稳定性和低温弯曲性能要略高于普通沥青混合料,稍低于SBS改性沥青混合料。
Compare the softening point performance indexes of Ruthenium modified asphalt with different dosage, and determine the best dosage of Ruthenium modifier. Under the optimum dosage, the road performance of modified asphalt and AC-20 asphalt mixture were tested respectively. The experimental results show that after the Ruthenium anti-rutting modifier is added, the penetration of the modified asphalt becomes smaller and the softening point becomes larger, and the penetration ratio of the modified asphalt after aging decreases. The modified asphalt mixture High temperature performance has been significantly improved, water stability and low temperature bending performance slightly higher than ordinary asphalt, slightly lower than the SBS modified asphalt mixture.
