目的调查分析聚合氯化铝生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及关键控制点。方法对某公司聚合氯化铝生产线采用现场职业卫生学调查法和职业病危害因素检测检验法。结果该项目的主要职业病危害因素的浓度或强度基本符合职业接触限值。结论项目的职业病危害因素种类多,其中主要危害因素是盐酸和粉尘,应从职业病危害发生的关键控制部位加强防治工作。
Objective To investigate and analyze the occupational hazards and key control points in the production of polyaluminum chloride (PAC). Methods A polyaluminium chloride production line using on-site occupational health survey and occupational hazards test method. Results The concentrations or intensities of major occupational hazards in the project basically met the occupational exposure limit. Conclusion There are many kinds of occupational hazards in the project, among which the main hazards are hydrochloric acid and dust. The prevention and control work should be strengthened from the key control sites where occupational hazards occur.
