现阶段,随着国家货币信贷政策的回归以及股票市场陷入低迷期,有大量的中小企业纷纷挤入债务市场,尤其关注银行间市场债务融资工具,所以加强该方面的分析研究十分有必要。笔者根据自身工作经验,首先论述了银行间市场债务融资创新现状,其次提出了规范银行间市场债务融资发展的策略。
At this stage, with the return of national monetary and credit policies and the stock market downturn, a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises have squeezed into the debt market one after another, paying particular attention to the debt financing instruments in the inter-bank market. Therefore, it is very necessary to strengthen analytical studies in this respect. Based on my own working experience, the author first discusses the innovation status of debt financing in the inter-bank market, and then puts forward the strategy of regulating the development of debt financing in the inter-bank market.
