目的:探讨Cy PA在扶正增效方对肺腺癌放射增敏中发挥的作用和地位。方法:建立裸鼠人肺腺癌移植瘤模型,当瘤体积达1cm3左右时,一次性给予放射组、中药+放射组瘤体10Gy剂量照射,观察抑瘤率,通过Western blot和Real-time PCR检测Cy PA表达。结果:Cy PA在中药对肺腺癌放射增敏中的蛋白和m RNA表达检测发现,与对照组比较各组表达均有所下降,尤其放射24h后中药加放射组表达显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:Cy PA在中药对肺腺癌放射增敏中发挥着重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the role and position of Cy PA in radiosensitization of lung adenocarcinoma. Methods: The model of human lung adenocarcinoma xenografts in nude mice was established. When the tumor volume was about 1 cm 3, the tumors were irradiated with 10Gy radiation and the tumor-bearing rate was measured by Western Blot and Real-time PCR Cy PA expression was detected. Results: The expression of Cy PA protein and m RNA in radiosensitization of lung adenocarcinoma by Chinese herbs showed that the expression of Cy PA decreased in all groups compared with the control group, especially after radiation for 24 h (P <0.05) ). Conclusion: Cy PA plays an important role in radiosensitization of lung adenocarcinoma by traditional Chinese medicine.
