以泰山海拔200~1 000m的侧柏种子为研究对象,利用光照培养箱观测了种子的萌发过程,分析了千粒重、发芽指标(发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、平均发芽时间)、幼苗生物量和根尖酶活力的变化,研究侧柏种子活力随海拔的变化规律。结果表明,随海拔增加,千粒重呈波浪形变化,侧柏种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数先增加再降低,而平均发芽时间逐渐增加。培养皿内幼苗总鲜重和单株幼苗鲜重随海拔的增加逐渐降低,但根尖酶活力没有显著变化。综合种子的萌发特征和幼苗生物量,海拔300~500m的种子有着最高的活力,而海拔超过500m种子活力降低。侧柏种子活力随海拔的变化是影响其天然更新的重要机制。
The seeds of Platycladus orientalis were collected from 200 ~ 1 000 m above sea level in Taishan Mountain, China. The seed germination process was observed by light incubator. The effects of 1000 - grain weight, germination index (germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index and average germination time) Seedling biomass and root tip enzyme activity, and the variation of Celastrus acutifolia seed vigor with altitude was studied. The results showed that with the altitude increasing, the 1000-grain weight showed a wave-shaped change. The germination rate, germination potential, germination index and vigor index of Platycladus orientalis first increased and then decreased while the average germination time increased gradually. The total fresh weight of seedlings and the fresh weight of seedling in petri dish decreased gradually with the elevation increasing, but there was no significant change in root tip enzyme activity. According to the seed germination characteristics and seedling biomass, the seeds with the altitude of 300 ~ 500 m had the highest vigor, while the seed vigor with the altitude over 500 m decreased. Arborvitae seed vigor with altitude changes is an important mechanism affecting the natural regeneration.
