用不同厂家、不同灵敏度的鲎试剂对三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液进行干扰实验考察，结果表明样品溶液稀释至0.5mg／ml浓度时，对细菌内毒素检查不产生干扰。对30批不同厂家的三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液进行了热原检查及细菌内毒素检查的对比实验，两法符合率为100％。
