By the Chinese Society of Anthropology Anatomy Professional Committee, Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Vertebrate Paleontology and Paleoanthropology, Liaoning Medical College, the Central University for Nationalities sponsored by the Central University for Nationalities Institute of Ethnology and Sociology, Liaoning Medical College, “21st Century Chinese Learning Development Forum ”was held at the Central University of Nationalities on October 12-13, 2013.
