以广藿香挥发油及广藿香组织培养幼苗为试材,采用组织培养法,研究广藿香挥发油对其组织培养幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:广藿香挥发油对其组培苗的株高、主根长、鲜重、干重、生根数等具有不同程度的抑制作用;随挥发油浓度的升高,对扦插苗株高、主根长、鲜重、干重、生根数的抑制作用越明显,并导致其幼苗POD、CAT活性的升高和MDA含量的增加。
Using patchouli essential oil and patchouli tissue culture seedlings as test materials, tissue culture method was used to study the effects of patchouli volatile oil on the growth of tissue culture seedlings. The results showed that the volatile oil of Pogostemon cablin could inhibit the plant height, main root length, fresh weight, dry weight and root number of tissue culture seedlings to varying degrees. With the increase of volatile oil concentration, the plant height, The fresh weight, the dry weight and the root number inhibited more obviously, which led to the increase of POD and CAT activities and the increase of MDA content in seedling.
