目的探讨心理护理对提高患儿输液治疗依从性的作用及临床推广价值。方法选择2014年6月~2016年7月在我院门诊输液室进行输液治疗的患儿150例,按照完全随机法进行分组,每组75例,对照组输液过程中给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予心理护理,对两组患儿治疗依从性进行评估,自拟护理满意度调查问卷调查两组患儿家长护理满意度。结果观察组输液治疗依从性良好患儿比例明显高于对照组(92.0%vs69.3%),且患儿家长护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异存在显著统计学意义。结论心理护理干预能够提高患儿输液治疗依从性,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the role of psychological nursing in improving the compliance of transfusion therapy in children and its clinical value. Methods 150 cases of infants treated in our hospital outpatient infusion room from June 2014 to July 2016 were randomly divided into two groups according to a randomized method, with 75 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care during infusion, Based on this, psychological nursing was given to assess the compliance of the two groups of children, and self-satisfaction questionnaires were used to survey the satisfaction of parents in both groups. Results The proportion of infants with good compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (92.0% vs 69.3%). The score of nursing satisfaction in the children was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention can improve the compliance of transfusion therapy in children and is worthy of clinical promotion.
