The Polyvar Telematic automicroscope from Reichert-Jung, Austria, speeds up the inspection process. The microscope is equipped with an automated objective converter, with the button to select the objective lens and automatic condenser. The motor controls and the pushbutton objective selector are built into the curved arm brackets on the left end of the microscope. The operator simply clicks the button to obtain the desired objective and the objective converter is turned to move the desired objective above the sample. With a 100 ~ (?) Objective, the motor stops at halfway through the adjustment to allow oil to soak; press the button again
