目的观察硫磺熏蒸山药对雌、雄大鼠肝肾脂质过氧化水平和抗氧化能力的变化。方法将实验动物随机分为4组,其中3组分别给予山药饮片、市售熏蒸山药饮片、饱和熏蒸山药饮片水提浓缩液(5 g/mL),掺入基础饲料50 g/kg;正常对照组给予基础饲料。测定14 w后大鼠肝肾中丙二醛(MDA)含量、GSH-Px活力和SOD活力。结果(1)山药有一定抗氧化作用;(2)不同浓度硫磺薰蒸山药对不同脏器引起的氧化应激作用不同(与浓度有关),并且有器官差异性;⑶高浓度硫磺薰蒸山药对雌雄大鼠造成的氧化损伤作用,在不同脏器间存在性别差异。结论长期食用经高浓度硫磺熏蒸的山药有可能引起肝肾氧化损伤。
Objective To observe the effects of sulfur fumigation yam on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant capacity of liver and kidney in female and male rats.
