Fabry-Perot interferometers (F-PIs) are often used for both small and relatively simple spectral ranges. However, some studies in recent years show that F-PI is perfectly comparable to the Michelson interferometer in the super-spectral range. [1] This article describes a newer instrument and its technique using Fabry-Perot interferometry combined with a conventional accelerometer. It has a smaller size and higher resolution, which provides an effective instrument for measuring low frequency vibration signals
