1925年故宫博物院圖書館成立之初,設有圖書和文獻二部,分别掌管清宮遺存的古籍和檔案。後隨本院改組,文獻部改為掌故部,後又獨立爲文獻館~①,因時局等因素,原存絕大部分清官檔案歷經輾轉播遷,早已分存於現中國第一歷史檔案館、國家圖書館、中國科學院圖書館和臺北等處~②。唯宫廷各殿陳設册涉及日後原狀陳列而予以留存,成為故宫博物院圖書館現今為數不多的清代官方檔案的組成部分。本文在對故宫博物院藏清宮陳設檔案進行數
