对接触高浓度二氧化硅粉尘、硫化矿、炭素类粉尘以及石棉、锌、氧化铁、水泥、滑石等粉尘的作业工人、和对疗养中的尘肺患者,探讨了体液免疫和细胞免疫的功能。结果如下:1.粉尘接触者白蛋白减少,全部球蛋白组分增加。这种现象与作业工龄增加及尘肺X线表现加重有关。2.在免疫球蛋白方面可见到IgA和IgG增加,并随工龄增加和尘肺X线表现加重而增加。3.粉尘接触工人抗核抗体的阳性率高并随工
Workers who are exposed to high concentrations of silica dust, sulphide ores, carbonaceous dust, asbestos, zinc, iron oxide, cement, talc and other dusts and to patients with pneumoconiosis are discussed for their humoral and cellular immunity functions.
