探究宪法与经济法两者之前的关系,要从理论和实践两方面进行分析。“经济性”是宪法与经济法的共有特征,是联系两者的桥梁,所以从“经济性”着眼,可以更为透彻得提示宪法与经济法的关系——相互影响却内在关联。基于此,本文对宪法与经济法关系的“经济性”进行解析,以期为我国宪法与经济法之间的互动提供助力,促进我国社会主义法治社会的构建。
