我们自然组一年来在党和行政正确领导下,在教学研究工作上有一定的开展,主要是在小组经常的教学研究活动和小组的公开教学上。五三年下学期我根据本组各科的具体情况,来确定这活动的重点。本组物理科有五位教师,教同年级教材的就有四位,因此,在物理科教学研究活动,是比较容易开展的。化学生物两科每科三位教师,每个人担任一个年级,这样在教师的思想中就容易有单干的思想。并且有藉口“我们教材不同,没法研究。”所以作者曾考虑在自然组若想开展教学研究活动,关键问题就是如何把没有教同年级教材的教师们组织起来。我抓住这一环,就把这个工作重点放在化学科和生物科,特别是化学科。以下简单介绍一下我们小组教学研究活动的情况。一、经常的研究活动1.坚持听课制度:在全组中要求根据学校计划和小组的规定每人每周要听课一次,工作过程中又把重点放在化学科,因为化学科教师在业务和教材方面是有它的方便条件的。所以在听课质量上要求提高一步,具体的要求是把听课的目的更明确起
