应用典型相关分析和通径分析对两组甘薯材料进行了分析。结果表明,甘薯的源与库性状之间存在着密切的相关性。典型相关分析表明高产品系的基本特征是基部分枝数较多,分枝蔓长较短,T/R值较小。通径分析表明,基部分枝数、分枝蔓长、T/R值等与鲜薯重相关密切。甘薯源性状基部分枝数、茎叶重、最长蔓长、分枝蔓长与库性状烘干率、结薯数以及代表二者生长状况的T/R值均可作为育种中薯块产量选择时的参考指标。
Two groups of sweet potato materials were analyzed using canonical correlation analysis and path analysis. The results showed that there was a close correlation between sweetpotato source and sink traits. Canonical correlation analysis showed that the basic characteristics of the high-yielding lines were that there were more branches, shorter branches and smaller T / R values. Path analysis showed that the number of basal branches, branch length, T / R value and fresh weight are closely related. The root / shoot number, stem and leaf weight, longest vine length, branch length and trait drying rate, tuber number and the T / R value representing the growth status of sweet potato could be used as the yield choice When the reference index.
