高等职业院校是主要作为向社会企业生产一线输送高素质、理论知识扎实、技术精良的人才培养摇篮,在培养学生掌握理论知识的同时,能够灵活的应用专业技能,具有足够的、较强的创新实践能力,是使学生能够成功就业、掌握的专业知识和专业技能最大限度地与企业生产岗位对接,为企业储备所需要的专业技能型人才作为最终的培养目标。这就要求高等职业院校的学生岗位实习与企业紧密连接融合,学院和企业双方需要关注和深入合作,使企业与院校的合作模式在积极不断的探索中得到快速的形成和发展。
