2013年6月24日,来自海峡两岸及美国、英国、加拿大、韩国等15个国家和地区近200名警政实务和学界专家聚集台湾新北市,为期3天的2013亚洲警政论坛在这里隆重举行。在学术交流会上,一位端庄秀丽的中国女警登台用一口流利英语发表自己的研究成果,她的发言不时引起与会者阵阵喝彩。她便是江西省新余市公安局刑警支队办公室主任黎晴。作为江西省唯一入选亚洲警察论坛的论文作者,她连续两年应邀参加亚洲警察论坛年会,其研究成果得到了各国专家学者的肯定。
On June 24, 2013, nearly 300 police practitioners and academic experts from 15 countries and regions across the Taiwan Strait, the United States, Britain, Canada, and South Korea gathered in Taipei New Taipei City for a three-day 2013 Asia Police Forum Hold. At the academic exchange meeting, a dignified and beautiful Chinese policewoman published her research in fluent English, her speech occasionally applauded participants. She is Li Qing, director of Office of Interpol Interpol in Xinyu City Public Security Bureau of Jiangxi Province. As the only author of Jiangxi Province to be selected as the author of the Asian Police Forum, she was invited to participate in the annual meeting of the Asian Police Forum for two consecutive years. Her research achievements have been affirmed by experts and scholars from various countries.
