国际机构总部林立的上海、制造业品牌众多的青岛、工业园区生机勃勃的苏州、电子产业群密集的厦门、中俄贸易日益繁荣的哈尔滨……在中国经济地图中,这一批城市已经成为最具竞争力的城市,以其为主体的长三角、珠三角和环渤海湾三大经济带构成了开放以来中国沿海板块最生动的发展图景,承担了中国21世纪的复兴之梦。翻阅历史,我们在感慨这些开放城市取得的巨大成果时,又不免追溯起这些城市共有的那一段特殊历史:“租借地”经济……

In the Chinese economic map, these cities have become the most Competitive cities, with its three major economic belts as the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Bohai Rim, constitute the most vivid picture of the development of China’s coastal areas since the opening up and assume the dream of rejuvenation in the 21st century of China. When we read the history, we are feeling the huge achievements made by these open cities and we can not but trace back the special history common to these cities: the economy of “renting land” ...
