有一天,中央电台广播了北京一家储蓄所为少年儿童开办“一分钱储蓄”的事,听了很受启发。随着计划生育政策的推行和人民生活水平的提高,被称为中国“小皇帝”的独生子女享受到比过去的同龄人优裕得多的生活待遇,以及更多的疼爱。正因为这样,他们独立生活的能力很差,芝麻大的事要依赖父母,依赖别人;他们性格中任性、自私的一面有所发展,从而引起社会和父母的忧虑,担心他们会成为新“八旗子弟”,不能担负起建设四化大业的重任。
