教育部基础教育司从1999年开始组建有关课题组对当年的全国中考进行评价,此项工作于2006年停止.其间每次评价所形成的全国性的年度中考评价报告及年度中考学科考试评价报告,成为教育部指导我国中考考试改革的重要依据,这对于提升我国中考的科学性,推进素质教育发挥了重要的作用.从2005年开始,受少年智力开发报·数学专页的资助,以高校研究人员、考试机构研究人员、省地级教研员、中学教师四方面人员为主体构成的全国中考数学考试评价课题组开展了民间性质的数学中考评价工作,2007年~2008年该项评价被纳入“数学考试评价的理论与实践研究”(中国教育学会十一五科研规划课题),作为该课题的子课题,四年来,课题组已经公开出版了《2005年全国中考数学评价报告》、《2006年全国中考数学考试评价报告》、《2007年全国中考数学考试评价报告》、《2008年全国中考数学考试评价报告》.其课题组的主要成员以中考的实践者、研究者和评价者的身份见证了1999年以来我国中考数学考试的演变过程.本刊请该课题组组长张远增博士就他们的一次谈话整理成本文.
