浙江省投170亿元冬修水利深秋日寒,雨水渐少,浙江迎来了兴修水利的黄金期。2013年11月6日上午,浙江省重点建设工程——衢江樟潭防洪工程的Ⅴ标段提升改造工地上,人来车往,20多名工人正忙着翻坝挖沟,铺设管道。眼下,冬修水利的火热场景已在浙江省全面铺开。记者今天从浙江省水利厅获悉,2013年全省计划完成360亿元的基本水利建设投资目标。冬春修期间,将投入170亿元用于农田水利基本建设。
