目的:探讨珍葛降压方的降压机理。方法:取 SHR 大鼠30只,随机分为生理盐水组、硝苯吡啶组、珍葛降压方高、低剂量组,每天灌胃1次,连续14天。末次给药后摘眼球取血,分别测定血清 NO 和血浆内皮素含量。结果:给药14天后,珍葛降压方高剂量组的 NO 含量为(133.7±9.9)μmol/L,与生理盐水组(118.7±10.9)μmol/L 比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。珍葛降压方低剂量组的 NO 含量为(121.6±9.7)μmol/L,与生理盐水组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。珍葛降压方高剂量组的内皮素含量为(254.94±98.22)ng/L,生理盐水组的内皮素含量为(468.10±63.49)ng/L,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。珍葛降压方低剂量组的内皮素含量为(357.06±104.69)ng/L,与生理盐水组比较差异亦有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:珍葛降压方可升高 SHR 大鼠血清 NO 含量,降低其血浆内皮素的浓度,且可相应升高 NO/ET 的比值,从而降低血压。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of depressurization of Zhenjiang Decoction. METHODS: Thirty SHR rats were randomly divided into normal saline group, nifedipine group, and CJJ high-dose group and low-dose group. The rats were given intragastric administration once a day for 14 consecutive days. After the last administration, blood was collected from the eyeball and the serum NO and plasma endothelin levels were determined. Results: After 14 days of administration, the NO content in the high-dose group of Zhenqi Decoction was (133.7±9.9) μmol/L, compared with that of the normal saline group (118.7±10.9) μmol/L, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). ). The level of NO in Zhenqi Jiangbai low-dose group was (121.6±9.7)μmol/L, and there was no significant difference compared with saline group (P>0.05). The endothelin content in the high-dose group of Zhenge Jiangya group was (254.94±98.22) ng/L, and the endothelin level in the normal saline group was (468.10±63.49) ng/L, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). ). The endothelin content in the low dose group of Zhenge Jiangya was (357.06±104.69) ng/L, which was also significantly different from that of the saline group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhenjiang Jiangya Recipe can increase the serum NO content in SHR rats, reduce the plasma endothelin concentration, and increase the ratio of NO/ET accordingly, thereby reducing blood pressure.
