目的:通过建立银翘散的UPLC指纹图谱,为进一步提高银翘散质量标准提供依据。方法:运用Waters超高液相色谱仪,ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18)色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm);流动相为甲醇-乙腈(1∶1)-0.2%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速0.3 m L/min;检测波长230 nm;柱温40℃。结果:根据10批银翘散的指纹图谱,确定了24个共有峰,利用对照品指认了5个共有峰。结论:该研究采用UPLC建立银翘散的指纹图谱,方法操作简单、特征性强、精密度高、重现性好,可为银翘散的质量控制和评价标准提供可靠依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the UPLC fingerprints of Yinqiao Powder to provide evidence for further improving the quality standard of Yinqiao Powder. Methods: A Waters Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatograph was used on a ACQUITY UPLC BEH C 18 column (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile (1: 1), 0.2% phosphoric acid Off; flow rate 0.3 m L / min; detection wavelength 230 nm; column temperature 40 ℃. Results: According to the fingerprints of 10 batches of Yinqiaoqiao, 24 common peaks were identified, and 5 common peaks were identified by reference standard. Conclusion: In this study, UPLC was used to establish the fingerprint of Yinqiaosan. The method has the advantages of simple operation, strong characteristic, high precision and good reproducibility, which can provide a reliable basis for the quality control and evaluation criteria of Yinqiaosan.
