用X射线衍射法测定了索尔维型丙烯聚合新催化剂的微晶粒大小为100A左右,比其它方法所制得的同类型催化剂微晶粒要小;并发现催化剂活性与微晶粒大小几乎成线性关系,微晶粒越小催化活性越高。 用ST-03型比表面、孔径分布测定仪研究了催化剂的孔结构。结果表明本催化剂具有较大的比表面和孔体积及粗细孔均备的优良孔结构,保证钛活性中心的充分利用,因而催化剂表现出较高的催化活性。
X-ray diffraction method was used to determine the size of the Solvay-based propylene polymerization catalyst was about 100A, which was smaller than that of the other catalyst. It was found that the catalyst activity was almost the same as the crystallite size Into a linear relationship, the smaller the microcrystalline smaller catalytic activity. The pore structure of the catalyst was investigated by ST-03 surface area and pore size distribution analyzer. The results show that the catalyst has a large specific surface area and pore volume and fine pore prepared by the hole structure to ensure the full utilization of the active center of titanium, the catalyst showed a high catalytic activity.
