由中国腐蚀与防护学会海水工业水生物专业委员会和交通部水运基建局联合召开的海工钢结构防腐蚀技术研究讨论会于1985年5月上旬在连云港市召开。参加会议的有交通、水利、海军、化工、石油、邮电、中科院及高等院校等科研、设计及生产等74个单位130名代表。 会议就海工钢结构的腐蚀与防护课题展开了热烈而认真的讨论。会议共收到56篇论文,重点介绍了海工钢结构的外加电流法阴极保护、牺牲阳极法阴极保护及涂覆技术等。会议充分肯定了科研成果面向经济建设的方向,各单位提供的报告表明阴极保护技术对海工钢结构的腐蚀与防护是行之有效的。与会代表一致认为应制定必要的法规,强行规定在新码头的建设中就施加阴极保护措施,以便使该项新技术在国民经济建设中发挥更大的作用。
By the Chinese Society for Corrosion and Protection of seawater industry aquatic biological professional committee and the Ministry of Water Transport Infrastructure Bureau jointly held by the offshore steel corrosion protection technology seminar held in early May 1985 in Lianyungang City. 130 delegates from 74 units including scientific research, design and production of transportation, water conservancy, navy, chemical engineering, petroleum, postal and telecommunications, Chinese Academy of Sciences and institutions of higher learning attended the meeting. Meeting on the corrosion and protection of marine steel structure project launched a warm and serious discussion. A total of 56 papers were received at the conference, highlighting the cathodic protection of offshore steel structures with current-fed cathodic protection and sacrificial anode cathodic protection and coating techniques. The meeting fully affirmed the direction of scientific research oriented to economic construction. The reports provided by various units show that the cathodic protection technology is effective for the corrosion and protection of offshore steel structures. The participants agreed that necessary laws and regulations should be enacted to impose cathodic protection measures in the construction of new terminals in order to make the new technology play a greater role in the national economic construction.
