本文提出一种双孔微剪切在线测量方法。在不破坏待测体的前提下测试其力学性能。此方法无需制备试样,直接在被测材料区域两侧打两个直径为6 mm的孔进行剪切试验。Labv IEW软件控制部分输出加载过程中载荷传感器和位移传感器传输的数据,得到剪切载荷-位移曲线,经转化可获得屈服剪切应力和最大剪切应力。对X70管线钢轧制板和6063铝合金母材进行单轴拉伸试验和双孔微剪切试验,并给出屈服强度和抗拉强度值。对比两种材料的屈服剪应力与屈服强度、最大剪应力与抗拉强度,建立它们之间的相关性。最后利用双孔微剪切试验测定焊接接头上强度的分布,并分别与其硬度(HV)做对比,得出强度和硬度的分布关系。
This paper presents a double-hole micro-shear online measurement method. Test the mechanical properties without damaging the test object. This method does not require the preparation of samples, the test material directly on both sides of the area hit two holes 6 mm in diameter for shear testing. The Labv IEW software control section outputs the data transmitted by the load cell and displacement sensor during the loading process to obtain the shear load-displacement curve, which is converted to yield shear stress and maximum shear stress. X70 pipeline rolled steel and 6063 aluminum alloy base metal uniaxial tensile test and two-hole micro-shear test and give yield strength and tensile strength values. The yield stress, yield strength, maximum shear stress and tensile strength of the two materials were compared to establish the correlation between them. Finally, the distribution of strength on the welded joints was measured by double-hole micro-shear test and compared with the hardness (HV) respectively to get the distribution of strength and hardness.
