把活动的主动权交给孩子,老师退后做支持者和观察者,让家长看到孩子是如何在玩中探索与学习的,这是沟通课程理念、促进家园共育的有效方法。六一儿童节是孩子们的节日,既然是孩子的节日,我们就要让孩子成为活动的主人,这也是我园“做生活小主人活动课程”的核心理念。老师就如何庆祝节日与孩子展开了讨论,孩子们纷纷表示想和小朋友一起走出幼儿园去玩儿,也想让爸爸妈妈来参加。在讨论后,我们确定了本次“六一”活动的主题:小手拉大手,走进大自然。各年级组长带领班
