随着党中央“科教兴国”的战略决策的提出,近些年高职院校发展迅速,为达到办学条件的要求,解决基础设施不足的问题,各高职院校纷纷加大基建投资,有的扩建、有的甚至重新选址整体搬迁新建校区,建设工程项目多资金投入巨大。本文通过对基建项目变更签证审计的探讨,以达到提高基建审计质量,降低基建成本的目的。
