军民融合作为国家战略,现已成为持续深入推进我国国防建设和经济建设融合发展的重要抓手。推进军民融合需要正确把握我国军民融合的主要进展、重大瓶颈和战略路径,学习掌握并运用新的发展理念,在规划设计、体制和政策建设等方面积极探索实践,有效破解军民融合深度发展面临的各种矛盾,推进军民融合深度发展。
