在上海、深圳、北京等许多一线城市房价有所回落的情况下,大连房价却一直僵持不下。“买还是不买?”这一话题一直令大连大多数的工薪家庭备受煎熬。王飞就是这样的人。从2004年的下半年开始他就一直在筹划自己的置业计划。他先是在和平广场附近某封闭小区看中了一套商品房,面积为80平方米、价位在4180元/平方米,交通条件、小区配套等各方面都不错,但由于当时手头资金紧张,王飞犹豫再三,还是暂缓了买房计划。2006年,当他再次计划买房时,却猛然间发现按当初的价位,只能在泉水、南关岭一带买到房子,无奈中,王飞的购房计划又推迟到了2007年。但现实并没有给他任何机会,到如今,同样的价位只能到金州、旅顺、开发区等县区板块买房。而从区域房价的变化来看,仅仅在两三年以前,包括中山、西岗、沙河口这市内三区,5000元左右/平方米的房价尚有迹可寻,但到了2007年,市内这三区已很难找到价位在6000元以下/平方米的商品房价。在观望和等待中,越来越多的人一再错失最佳的置业机会,并与自己心仪的地段、价位、小区渐行渐远……他们中,有高房价挤压下的“啃老族”、有“中心城区工作、周边城区探亲”的周末迁徙族、有想实现“一碗汤”亲情距离的置业未果者、还有坚守底线、不买房的等待观望者……为此,我们采访了六类典型性的购房置业人群,讲述他们在近几年所经历的投资置业故事,展现他们内心的自我冲突、喜悦忧愁等情感变迁,以折射出最近几年大连楼市不同消费人群真实的生存状态。
