中职生“数字化”自主管理是现代教育形势催生的一个新兴模式。在学校与班级所创造的环境中,建立一套既有中职生共性,又有每个学生个性的自我管理系统,可以充分调动学生的积极性,使学生之间的关系更加和谐,从而增强班级的凝聚力。
