随着社会的发展,一些针对社会需求,专业技术比较强的技校如雨后春笋般的开办起来。相对于大、中院校的学生,现阶段技校学生的整体综合素质比较低。无论是在思想修养上,还是在文化素质上与之都有一定的差距。技校的班主任是整个班级的指向标,班主任要做好班级管理工作,必须有饱满的工作热情,有因势利导的智慧,有不计辛劳的付出精神,有科学合理的德育方法。只有这样,才能顺利实现班级管理目标,使学生学会生活、学会做事、学会做人。
