焉耆苗圃搞大面积秋季扦插箭杆杨育苗试验已八年了。秋季扦插只要严格选条、切条,加强管理,一般成活率都在95％。其优点是,插穗在土壤中越冬时间长,经过低温锻炼,来年春插穗的愈合组织形成早,先生根后放叶,因而生长比春插好。其次,变一季扦插为双季扦插缓和了春季用水紧、劳力少的矛盾。现将方法介绍于下;
