目的探讨应用腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗早期胃癌患者的效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年12月本溪市中心医院收治的早期胃癌患者56例为研究对象,按照患者意愿分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组患者均用开腹手术治疗,观察组患者均采用腹腔镜下全胃切除手术治疗,比较两组患者术中及术后情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的切口长度、术后排气时间、进食时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组,术中出血量显著少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对早期胃癌患者采用腹腔镜下全胃切除手术治疗的效果显著优于开腹手术,具有创伤性小、安全性高等特点,不仅有效缩短了切口长度、术后排气时间、进食时间和住院时间,而且可以有效减少术中出血量,促进患者恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopy and laparotomy on patients with early gastric cancer. Methods Fifty-six patients with early gastric cancer admitted to Central Hospital of Benxi from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to patients’ wishes. Each group included 28 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with laparotomy. Patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic total gastrectomy. The intraoperative and postoperative conditions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the observation group and the control group (P> 0.05). The incision length, postoperative exhaust time, eating time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of total laparoscopic total gastrectomy in patients with early gastric cancer is significantly better than that of laparotomy. It has the characteristics of less invasiveness and higher safety. It not only shortens the incision length, postoperative exhaust time, feeding time and hospitalization Time, but also can effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, promote patient recovery.
