影响力人皆有之,只是强度各不相同,而且影响力的程度也不是固定不变的。 领导者的影响力就是领导者有成效地影响或改变被领导者的心理和行为的能力,也就是说领导者的意图和行为在被领导者的身上产生相应的心理效应。任何领导活动都是在领导者与被领导者相互作用中进行的,领导的影响力大小,实际上就是领导威信高低的标尺,它影响、改变和统一被领导者的心理和行为,产生积极的心理效应,从而使党的路线、方针、政策,单位的工作计划得以贯彻落实。提高领导者的影响力应从权力性影响力和非权力影响力两方面考虑。
