通过理论分析和实证检验得知:开放度增加,人力资本对经济波动的影响就增加,由此就会导致经济波动的波动幅度减缓,经济的增长水平提高。不论是在我国东部还是西部,增加开放度都会增加人力资本对经济波动的影响。而人力资本对东部经济波动的影响要大于对西部经济波动的影响,但是增加开放度所导致的人力资本对经济波动的影响程度的增加,西部要远大于东部。
Through theoretical analysis and empirical test, we can know that the increase of openness will increase the impact of human capital on economic fluctuations, which will lead to the slowdown of economic fluctuations and the increase of economic growth. Whether in the eastern or western part of our country, increasing the degree of openness will increase the impact of human capital on economic fluctuations. However, the influence of human capital on the economic fluctuations in the east is greater than that on the economic fluctuations in the west. However, the effect of human capital on economic fluctuations caused by the increase of openness is much greater in the west than in the east.
