随着我国改革开放的不断深入发展,改革开放初期所执行的一些经济发展政策,其为经济增长带来的作用是巨大的,然而伴随着经济增长所产生的负面影响已经开始显现,自然资源的损耗和环境的污染破坏已经到了不得不解决的地步。所以,我国急需通过转变经济发展方式以及管理模式予以解决。因此,本文针对经济发展方式转变与管理转型问题进行了简要的论述。
