一、概述1.测量依据JJG1022-2007《甲醛气体检测仪检定规程》。2.环境条件温度:(20±2)℃;湿度:40%RH~60%RH。3.测量标准采用VI450的标定气体发生器和甲醛扩散管,在100.0℃下三聚甲醛扩散管标准物质能够以一定的扩散速率释放甲醛气体,经仪器自带的配气稀释系统将甲醛气体浓度值稀释到标准值,进行示值误差的测量。其中,甲醛扩散管溯源至美国国家标准与技术研究院。4.被测对象电化学原理甲醛气体分析仪,扩散式或吸入式,分辨力为0.01ng/mL,分析检定点为0.50ng/mL。二、测量模型ΔC=C-Cs式中:ΔC——甲醛分析仪示值误差;C——仪器测量平均值;Cs——甲醛气体质量浓度标准值。
